Tanja’s coaching philosophy is influenced by both the rigorous Hudson curriculum and life and professional experiences. She creates space for dialogue and deep thinking by listening intently and asking questions that allow you to explore and uncover your own answers. Group coaching sessions can focus on an immediate challenge or opportunity or a topic or theme selected by the group. Tanja’s approach centers around guided dialogue and works to create a brave and dynamic space that allows for tension and growth and where every voice is heard and valued.

Tanja holds an undergraduate degree in journalism, an MBA and is an ACC ICF accredited Hudson leadership coach. She is an active member of SV2 and an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow (Class XLII).
